Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, ensure the breakfast area is clean and fully stocked, and engage with guests while replenishing coffee and food items. Oversee setup, service, and cleanup of hot and cold foods, monitor inventory levels, and restock throughout morning hours. Inspect kitchen and dining spaces for cleanliness, maintain equipment, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with occasional banquet setups as needed and report any equipment issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification
- Any state or local certifications as applicable
- Consistent attendance
- Adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Previous food & beverage, restaurant, or hotel experience
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
