Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, engage during service by replenishing coffee and breakfast items, and respond to special requests to ensure a clean, inviting, and fully stocked area. Oversee setup, service, and cleanup of hot and cold foods, monitor food levels for restocking, and maintain inventory while assisting with ordering. Inspect kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces for cleanliness, adhere to ServSafe guidelines, and report equipment issues promptly. Assist with occasional banquet setups and follow all company policies to ensure guest and team safety.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification
- Any state or local certifications as applicable
- Consistent attendance
- Adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Previous food & beverage, restaurant, or hotel experience
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
