Job Summary
Prepare the breakfast buffet setup and ensure fresh foods are available during service hours. Serve guests with food and drink orders while replenishing supplies, clean tables, chairs, and the buffet bar, and remove dishes promptly. Address visitor questions courteously, sanitize equipment, and maintain adequate supplies of glassware, dishes, and condiments. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Requires flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus transportation and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Must be available weekends and/or holidays
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Must have stellar attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility
- Must be able to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in food service
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team member
- Level5 High Touch service
- Flexibility with shifts and scheduling
