Job Summary
Set up and maintain breakfast buffet stations by preparing food items, arranging displays, and replenishing products while adhering to food safety standards. Carry food, dishes, and trays from pantry to counters, wipe tables, scrape dirty dishes, and clean up spills or broken items. Stock cabinets with condiments, fill beverage dispensers, locate requested items for guests, and polish counters, shelves, and equipment. Maintain adequate supplies of clean glassware and trays while ensuring overall guest satisfaction and practicing safe work habits. Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
