Job Summary
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet by preparing food items, arranging displays, and replenishing products while ensuring food safety compliance. Carry trays and dishes from the pantry to serving counters, wipe tables with damp cloths, and scrape dirty dishes for kitchen cleaning. Clean up spills, remove trash, and stock cabinets with condiments and clean glassware. Fill beverage and ice dispensers, locate requested items for guests, and polish counters and floors. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and adhere to brand standards. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working varied schedules including holidays and weekends. Food sanitation certification required within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
