Job Summary
Breakfast Attendant responsible for setting up and maintaining breakfast stations, preparing and serving items, greeting guests, handling inquiries and special requests, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, operating breakfast equipment (coffee makers, waffle irons), addressing guest feedback professionally, and collaborating with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is preferred but not required. Strong guest services, communication, teamwork, and the ability to work early morning shifts are essential. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
