Breakfast Attendant

Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet to ensure a fully stocked and appealing presentation. Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout service hours while monitoring food quality, freshness, and temperature compliance. Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items including coffee, juices, and pastries. Keep the dining area clean, organized, and sanitized during and after service, then break down and properly store all food and equipment at the close of breakfast service. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude. This role requires previous food service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays.
