Breakfast Attendant

Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet according to procedures and brand standards. Restock buffet items, inform management of replenishing needs, and assist guests with serving and service questions. Clean the buffet table, return utensils and food to appropriate kitchen or cooler locations, and monitor the dining room for spills, waste, and other housekeeping needs. Perform side work duties as needed while ensuring a clean, professional uniform and appearance. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs. This role operates indoors in a hotel environment using standard food service and cleaning equipment, with occasional exposure to fumes, gases, odors, dust, and biohazards. Food service and hotel experience are preferred.
