Prepare and serve the daily breakfast bar, greeting guests and ensuring their comfort. Set up and maintain the breakfast bar per brand standards, taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies. Prepare items like fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates while stocking machines and arranging cold foods. Clear tables, wipe spills, and wash serving equipment after guests vacate. Keep the area clean by removing trash and cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors. Follow menu requirements and restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours.
