Breakfast Attendant

Maintain food and beverage quality standards while resolving guest complaints and monitoring assigned work areas for cleanliness and sanitation. Prepare items for the breakfast period, oversee evening reception setup, and restock depleted items following Health Department and hotel storage procedures. Conduct monthly inventories to reduce breakage and loss in glassware and silverware. Coordinate with the team to organize food preparation items from different areas and ensure presentations meet the highest level of quality and consistency.
