Breakfast Attendant

Maintain food and beverage quality standards while resolving guest complaints and ensuring cleanliness across assigned work areas. Prepare items for the breakfast period and oversee evening reception preparations, restocking depleted supplies and adhering to Health Department and hotel storage requirements. Coordinate with the team to organize food preparation items from different areas, ensuring all items are ready for service. Set up food in accordance with hotel standards, progressing to ensure food handling, quality, and presentation meet the highest levels of consistency. Fluency in English and culinary ability required; mornings and weekends availability needed.
