Job Summary
Breakfast Attendant responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and dining area, serving guests hot and cold breakfast items, restocking dry foods, assisting with coffee, cleaning surfaces and floors, bussing tables, and rotating into stewarding duties (washing dishes and kitchen equipment) as scheduled, while ensuring guest satisfaction and food safety in a fast-paced hotel breakfast service. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work 5:30am–2:30pm in a seasonal full-time capacity at Limelight Snowmass (Aspen One) in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Familiarity with dietary restrictions, allergen awareness, and daily operational routines is valuable to maintain attractive presentation and efficient service. This position is eligible for standard seasonal benefits and is aligned with hospitality industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
- 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
