Job Summary
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring all food items are stocked and presented attractively. Serve guests hot and cold breakfast items, restock dry food, refill drink containers, and brew various coffees. Wipe down tables, clean surfaces and floors for the lounge, and rotate into stewarding duties including washing dishes and kitchen equipment. Take out trash and ensure bins remain clean and sanitized. This seasonal full-time role at Limelight Hotels in Mammoth runs from 5:30am to 2:30pm with an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred
- 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred
