Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
Prepare and replenish the daily breakfast bar by setting up serving dishes, arranging cold and hot food items, and stocking coffee, juice, and milk. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by clearing tables, sanitizing counters, washing equipment, and emptying trash throughout breakfast hours. Provide personalized service to guests, greet them, assist with requirements, and communicate complaints to the General Manager or shift supervisor for immediate support. Check inventory levels, replenish supplies, and assist with ordering food items as needed. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and brand standards while working the morning shift on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Active listening skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must also be able to read and write
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest service
- Genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Availability to work the morning shift on Saturdays and Sundays

- Provincial serve safe certificate
