Breakfast Attendant

Provide personalized service to all guests by greeting them, offering assistance, and ensuring established service procedures are followed. Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, preparing foods such as fresh fruit, breads, pastries, batters, and coffee while stocking coffee, juice, and milk. Arrange cold and hot food items, set serving trays and utensils, and restock supplies consistently throughout breakfast hours. Keep the area clean by sanitizing tables, cleaning the counter, and washing serving equipment as needed. Check inventory levels, replenish items, and advise the Front Office or General Manager of any complaints. Assist with ordering or purchasing food supplies.
