Job Summary
Prepare food items, stock and maintain the buffet, and offer flexibility to meet guest requests. Proactively assist guests with eye contact and warm greetings while washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, and maintaining daily checklists and temperature logs. Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of all food and beverage items. Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. This role at Residence Inn Seattle South Renton requires standing and moving for an entire shift, lifting at least 25 pounds, and obtaining a Food Handler's Permit.
