Job Summary
Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets, ensuring they remain well-stocked with quality products while adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Greet guests upon arrival following the 5/10 rule, respond promptly to requests, and communicate dining needs to kitchen staff. Clear tables, wipe surfaces, replenish condiments, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Inventory breakfast items regularly and place orders as necessary. Assist guests with local and property amenities while resolving conflicts calmly. Maintain a positive demeanor, proper grooming, and a safe work environment by reporting any safety issues immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or scheduled form
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English in order to communicate with guests and team members
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
