Job Summary
Breakfast Attendant responsible for setting up and clearing the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked, providing condiments, clearing tables, resolving customer queries and complaints, and ensuring guests are guided to dietary options while maintaining service standards. The role requires liaising with staff across sections, advising guests on food choices to align with dietary requirements, and performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks to close after each meal service; candidates should be highly motivated, with a high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience, food safety knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role
- Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
