Job Summary
Greet every guest warmly, set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet, and keep the dining area clean. Attend to guest needs, ensure buffet items and coffee are continuously stocked, and operate all food preparation equipment safely. Conduct inventory, order required items, label and rotate stock, and clean all kitchen equipment and surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner. Socialize with guests to gauge satisfaction, follow brand directives for security, and prepare for inspections at all times. Early morning availability required.
