Job Summary
Greet every guest warmly and set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet in a timely manner. Keep the preparation, serving, and dining areas clean while ensuring buffet items and coffee are continuously stocked. Operate all food preparation equipment safely, conduct inventory, order items, and label stock for proper rotation. Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment and surfaces in a safe and sanitary manner. Socialize with guests to gauge satisfaction, follow brand directives for security, and prepare for inspections at all times. Early morning availability required. Physical stamina needed for lifting up to 50 pounds.
