Job Summary
Set up the breakfast buffet before guests arrive, displaying food and beverages in an organized, attractive manner. Clean the surrounding area by wiping, sweeping, and mopping, while replenishing supplies and keeping perishables chilled. Prepare coffee and tea, dispose of waste, and remove leftover food at shift end. Monitor inventory levels, keep records of consumed items, and order additional food or supplies as needed. Greets guests, accommodates special requests, and ensures satisfaction through a professional image and friendly service. Works mornings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 35 pounds, with overtime as required.
