Job Summary
Prepare and present breakfast items according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean, organized service area and adhering to all health codes. Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, monitor food deliveries for quality, and assist with inventory checks to minimize waste. Enforce sanitation laws in the kitchen, inspect outlets for proper storage, and collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery. Maintain professionalism, accept constructive feedback, and adhere to safety protocols including key handling and emergency procedures. Requires ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and continuously
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and inspection tasks
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to company standards
- Food handler's permit required if mandated by state law
- All applicants must be 18 years or older
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health regulations related to food service and ability to maintain sanitation standards
