Job Summary
Prepare and display breakfast items according to hotel standards, continuously monitor the buffet to refill food, beverages, utensils, and supplies before they run out. Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service while maintaining proper food temperatures and following food-safety procedures. Keep serving counters, tables, chairs, floors, and food-preparation areas clean and sanitized, removing expired food and rotating inventory. Wash dishes and equipment, then break down and restock the area after service. Complete required cleaning and temperature documentation while adhering to hotel and health-department procedures. This role requires early-morning availability, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.

- Ability to recognize when food or supplies need to be replenished
- Must be available to begin work early in the morning
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry food, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work around hot food, warming equipment, and cleaning products
- Food-handler certification
