Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast food in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen. Greet all guests warmly, answer questions about offerings and hotel services, and respond promptly to requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Set up the breakfast area with hot and cold items before service, then breakdown, clean, and sanitize tables and equipment afterward. Order and receive food into inventory, monitor stock levels, and store leftovers properly to maintain freshness. Follow brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols, including assisting in training new attendants and helping other hotel areas as needed.
