Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area with utensils, condiments, and equipment per brand standards and health regulations. Prepare and cook designated menu items, monitor stock levels, and replenish items throughout service hours. Keep the dining area clean and sanitary by washing work surfaces, removing trash, and ensuring all safety and security concerns are reported immediately. Provide guest service by answering questions and address concerns promptly. Complete assigned closing duties and notify the supervisor of inventory needs. Work part-time 2-4 days a week including weekends, alternating shifts, and possible overtime. Standing for prolonged periods and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds are required.
Required Qualifications
- Availability for weekends, holidays, possible overtime, and alternating shifts
- Ability to work safely with cleaning materials and maintain sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening
- Experience with food and beverage preparation preferred but not required
