Job Summary
Prepare and set up the breakfast area, greet and seat guests, and clear tables in an efficient, courteous manner. Stock supplies, clean floors and counters, dispose of garbage, and transfer full tubs to the prep room while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean work environment, handle beverages and food in compliance with local, state, and federal standards, and assist other hotel staff as needed. Plan, organize, and prioritize duties to meet volume targets while following grooming standards and attendance policies. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
