Job Summary
Set and clear dining tables, stock service stations, and manage the complimentary breakfast buffet at the Embassy Suites. Obtain breakfast supplies, clear dirty dishes and water glasses, wipe tables, and restock the buffet to deliver outstanding guest service. Prepare for the 5am or 6am start time with a full hour of prep before guests arrive. This role requires prior customer service experience and the ability to work a flexible AM schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Ability to get to work on time at 5am or 6am
- Prior customer service experience
- Organizational skills
- Must be able to work a Flexible AM schedule including weekends/holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Server or Breakfast Attendant
- Not burned out or burned up before walking in the door
- Ability to smile at people
- Understanding of the importance of providing an inviting and comfortable experience
