Job Summary
Welcome and engage guests warmly during breakfast service, preparing the dining area before opening and maintaining a clean, stocked environment throughout the shift. Replenish food and beverage items while assisting guests with menu selections, dietary restrictions, and special requests. Monitor food temperatures, ensure proper sanitation and safety procedures, and handle guest concerns proactively. Collaborate with the Culinary team to maintain consistent food availability and presentation. Report equipment issues or supply needs to leadership and complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction
- Ability to work an early morning schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, or guest service
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, dietary restrictions, and proper food handling procedures
