Set up the dining area, including tables, condiments, and beverage lines, ensuring proper stock levels and cleanliness before service begins. Prepare deli items, salad bar components, and produce according to approved recipes while maintaining food quality and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Greet and serve hotel employees, manage tray removal and breakdown, and replenish tabletop items as needed. Monitor food usage, report replenishment needs to the kitchen, and handle 86'd items. Complete opening and closing side duties, sweep floors, sanitize equipment, and document pertinent information in the logbook. Ensure all equipment is functional and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the manager.
