Breakfast Attendant

Set up the dining area for daily breakfast meals, ensuring side work is complete before service and departure. Prepare deli items, salad bar, and other designated food following approved recipes while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces. Check quality and stock levels of breakfast supplies, requisition necessary items, and transport equipment to the dining area. Set tables, prepare service lines, and monitor food usage to tally meals consumed. Greet and serve hotel employees, remove soiled trays, and clean spills immediately. Defrost food, prepare produce, and restock stations for the next meal period. Document pertinent information in the logbook and report equipment damages or safety hazards to the manager.
