Breakfast Attendant

Set up the dining area for daily breakfast meals, ensuring side work is complete before service and before leaving. Prepare deli items, salad bar, and other designated food following approved recipes while maintaining proper quality and sanitation standards. Check stock levels, requisition supplies, and transport equipment to the dining area. Set tables, prepare the service line, and monitor food usage to replenish supplies as needed. Greet and serve hotel employees, remove soiled trays, clean tables, and sanitize all equipment. Sweep floors, document pertinent information in the logbook, and report any equipment damages or safety hazards to the manager.
