Breakfast Attendant

Set up the dining area for daily breakfast meals, ensuring side work is complete before service and departure. Prepare deli items, salad bar, and other designated food following approved recipes while maintaining proper quality. Conduct opening duties including checking stock, requisitioning supplies, setting tables, and inspecting service areas. Greet and serve hotel employees, then remove soiled trays and clean tables throughout the shift. Monitor food usage, replenish supplies, and report shortages to the kitchen. Perform closing duties by breaking down goods, sanitizing equipment, and sweeping floors. Document pertinent information in the logbook and report any equipment damages or safety hazards to the manager.
