Breakfast Attendant

Set up the dining area, prepare breakfast items, and ensure all side work is complete before meal service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces, food areas, and equipment while following the "clean as you go" policy. Monitor food quality, replenish condiments, and remove soiled trays throughout the shift. Sweep and mop floors, break down goods, and report any equipment damages or safety hazards to the manager. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned, including stock checks and supply storage.
