Job Summary
The Breakfast Attendant / Cook prepares and presents the hotel's complimentary breakfast, cooks breakfast items to Hyatt standards, maintains proper food temperatures and presentation, and ensures cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, monitoring food levels, greeting guests, assisting with special requests, and coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management. The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, food safety, and a positive, welcoming breakfast experience with opportunities for growth and training.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or kitchen experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and maintain organization
- Food Safety Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
