Job Summary
Welcome guests, monitor the dining area for supplies, and ensure the breakfast area supports the hotel's hospitality image. Plan breakfast menus per brand recommendations, prepare daily hot and cold food, and manage inventory of food and utensils. Break down the area at the end of the meal period to ensure a clean facility. Follow required sanitation procedures for food handling safety and respond promptly to guest questions or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and equipment working conditions. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. You must be neat, organized, efficient, and possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with any applicable food handling certificates.

- Shifts for this role are from 5:30a - 11:30a (Mon-Friday) and 6A - 12P (Sat/Sun)
- Travel Requirements: This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas
