Job Summary
Welcome guests, monitor the dining area, and ensure adequate supplies meet the hotel's hospitality objectives. Plan breakfast menus per brand recommendations, prepare daily hot and cold food, and manage inventory of utensils. Maintain cleanliness of room setups, follow sanitation procedures, and respond promptly to guest questions. Break down the area at the end of the meal period. This physically demanding role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. OTO Development manages this upscale select service hotel portfolio across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- You are neat, organized, and efficient
- You have strong organizational skills
- You have strong communication and customer service skills
- You obtain and maintain any food handling certificates that may apply
- You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time
- This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas
