Job Summary
Support the Food and Beverage supervisor by serving guests, taking orders, and fulfilling requests while adhering to established service standards. Explain menu items confidently and identify opportunities to upsell to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Clean the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift, following deep cleaning schedules. The role requires a minimum of one year's experience in a restaurant or F&B environment, fluency in English, and availability for early shifts starting at 6:30 am.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment
- Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
