Job Summary
Breakfast Host responsible for preparing, replenishing and maintaining the breakfast buffet to Motel One standards; provide attentive and efficient service during breakfast hours; ensure cleanliness, quality and presentation; assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner; support Bar One after breakfast service when required; collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience; seek to start the day with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude, contributing to a warm, welcoming breakfast experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, catering or customer service, or eagerness to learn
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm during busy breakfast periods
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours and cover for colleagues
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
