Job Summary
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to perfection while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization. Assist in food presentation, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and collaborate with team members for timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and adapt to changing menu items or special customer requests. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a supportive team environment. The Spot Cafe LLC has served the Saint Augustine community for over 18 years, offering opportunities for advancement in a cozy atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
