Breakfast and Afterschool Club Manager - Chellaston Fields Spencer Academy

Lead Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs for children aged 4–11 at Chellaston Fields Spencer Academy, delivering sports, arts, games, and structured play; manage a small team, liaise with schools and families, and ensure health & safety and safeguarding procedures. Role is split shift (mornings and afternoons) during term-time with opportunities to increase hours in holiday clubs, and may involve Lunchtime Cover. Requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and a passion for creating engaging, inclusive play experiences. DBS check is required; enhanced safeguarding is part of the role. No weekend work and access to CPD/training. Must be able to lead a team and manage challenging behaviours.
