Job Summary
Area Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of prosthetic products within the assigned territory. This role involves utilizing TSM to make sales presentations to prosthetists and other medical professionals to promote product use and to achieve sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with key clinical decision-makers, expand the customer base, and increase market share. Ideal candidate would reside in Denver, St. Louis or Kansas City. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for lower limb prosthetic products, conducting scheduled presentations to orthotic and prosthetic practitioners and other healthcare professionals, leveraging TSM for strategic growth, maintaining knowledge of technical and industry trends, building relationships with prosthetists and other professionals, ensuring top-tier customer service, collaborating on go-to-market strategies, leading corporate deals to maximize revenue, coordinating with leadership and sales effectiveness teams, and maintaining timely reporting and territory organization. The role requires travel to client sites in the territory and overnight travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of direct field sales experience in medical or healthcare-related products
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas
- Experience in conducting field sales training and presenting at national or regional sales meetings
