Break Attendant - Full Time

Break Attendant at Q Center is responsible for setting up and tending coffee break stations and private breaks, accurately accounting for use of stock, and ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all break areas. Set up coffee break stations and replenish area with food and beverage items as needed; monitor buffet stations to keep items full and nicely presented; respond positively to guest inquiries; perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure guests are served promptly; restock utensils and dishes; rotate and organize stock; ensure all areas are clean and orderly; uphold service standards and collaborate with the Banquet/Event team according to established guidelines. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, BASSET and Food Handler certifications, and customer service experience in hospitality, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
