Breader - The Heart of the Kitchen

Breader role at Chick-fil-A focused on supporting the kitchen with food preparation, breading, and assembly to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food quickly and safely; knowledge of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); working in a raw food environment and maintaining food safety; stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean and orderly, staying updated on new products, and completing opening or closing tasks. Adherence to rules and dress code, ability to lift 25-50lbs, and a flexible schedule are required. Emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and continuous training and development under experienced leadership.
