BREAD: Production Supervisor / 12 hour shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am /

Production Supervisor on a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) directing shift production, including checking formulas, assigning work tasks, monitoring procedures and schedules to ensure adherence to standards. Responsibilities include instructing production technicians and outsourced labor on equipment use, reviewing records to optimize materials and time, ensuring equipment operability, maintaining product quality, enforcing safety, planning and adjusting work assignments, potentially operating and being trained/certified on metal detectors, maintaining clean work areas, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee training and disciplinary processes. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of the AIB Bakery Science Residence Program, and formal management skills training; two or more years of plant production experience is preferred.
