Job Summary
Bread Manager leads and develops the Bread Team (8-12 members) to improve revenue, expenses, sales and shrink while upholding Rosemont’s standards of quality and efficiency. Responsible for people leadership, talent selection, training and performance improvement; ensures cleanliness, safety, and a productive, respectful workspace; collaborates on baking, packaging, process improvement, and seasonal menu development; uses data to optimize processes focused on efficiency, quality, and consistency; emphasizes teamwork, communication, adaptability, and continuous improvement across ingredients local and abroad.
