Job Summary
Make handmade, high-quality artisan breads, buns, and rolls to company standards. Produce dough, operate bakery machinery such as moulders and roll machines, and manage oven work. Prior hand moulding experience is advantageous. This role is based at Wenzel's The Bakers Head Office in Watford. You will work 40 hours per week from 06:00am to 15:00pm across Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in bread production
- Knowledge of breads and artisan bread baking
- Dough making
- Oven work
- Experience with working with bakery machinery e.g. bread moulder, roll machinery and doughnut fryers
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hand moulding experience
