Job Summary
Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with BRC’s goals and culture; manage the intranet and produce internal newsletters, executive communications, and a content calendar; collaborate with the CHRO and leadership to support employee engagement, DEI, and workforce development; manage crises communications and change management; create and edit short informational videos; partner with HR to recognize employees and gather staff feedback across BRC’s diverse locations; measure and improve the effectiveness of internal comms efforts and elevate the employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or a related field
- Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred
