Job Summary
Review user-generated content including posts, comments, videos, and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies. Detect and report violations such as harassment and abusive behavior, while investigating user-submitted reports and taking appropriate actions. Provide support to users through chat and email when necessary and assist with reviewing content related to new platform features. Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes and maintain accuracy and productivity in all tasks. Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level) and English (B2 or above) required, with at least one year of customer support or BPO experience. Required Qualifications
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level or native)
- Good English communication skills (B2 or above)
- At least 1 year experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural awareness and understanding of online community behavior
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy
