Job Summary
Monitor and review online content including posts, comments, videos, and advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify and address violations such as abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate content while reviewing user reports and taking action according to established procedures. Support users through digital communication channels when necessary to maintain platform integrity. Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity in content moderation tasks while staying updated with changes in policies and procedures. Requires native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level) and English proficiency (B2–C1), with at least one year of experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation.
