Job Summary
Monitor and review online posts, comments, and media to ensure they meet platform guidelines. Identify harmful or inappropriate content and take appropriate action while reviewing user-submitted reports to investigate potential violations. Assist users with platform-related questions and work closely with internal teams to improve moderation processes. Maintain the quality and safety of online communities in a dynamic environment. Requires native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level) and English proficiency at B2 level or above, with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Based in Athens with competitive monthly salary, meal allowance, and performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level)
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Experience in customer support, BPO, or similar roles (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work with sensitive or complex content
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
